The company was incorporated as Investicast, Ltd. (ITC) under the laws of the State of Oregon and owned by Jim Dippel and four other principles. |
| 1997 |
Within two years, ITC established itself as the high-quality, low-cost leading producer of titanium golf heads in the United States. |
| 1998 |
Asia becomes a significant supplier of titanium castings for the golf industry. Reactive Alloy Mfg. (RAM) is incorporated as a separate entity to focus on commercial titanium applications other than golf, capitalizing on the need for diversification. |

Titanium golf production moves exclusively to Asia. RAM’s timely innovation develops an array of diversified applications for commercial titanium castings and spurs growth and stability while filling a need for superior metal products in a highly competitive marketplace. |

Investicast Ltd. and RAM emerge as Ti Squared Technologies, Inc. and the company is incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois with its manufacturing and production facility remaining in Oregon. |

Ti Squared Technologies increases in size and production capacity with the addition of state-of-the-art technologically advanced machinery and equipment to meet growing market demand for commercial titanium castings. |

Ti Squared Technologies remains as the only investment casting company in the United States focused solely on the production of commercial titanium castings providing a ready source for quality American made products with the capacity to compete in the global marketplace. |

Future-oriented Ti Squared Technologies enhances its casting capabilities with the completion of its newly automated finishing line to support long term agreements with several industrial manufacturing companies as well as its own long term growth projections. |
